Topaz Express is a Hong Kong vessel, whose mission was to deliver goods to Nha Be Oil Terminal, Ho Chi Minh. We were supposed to deliver the “ship spare parts in transit shipment” to them at Nha Be Oil Terminal. However, this terminal is not allowed any ship’s agency to get into. Therefore, we need another location to deliver goods to them. Finally, we end up with Vung Tau pilot station where Topaz Express can be anchored before sailing to Nha Be Oil Terminal. Shipment was delivered to vessel Topaz Express smoothly & on time.
