A process of moving a shipment from/to Vietnam/oversea?

Working with TAM Logistics, here is our procedure for your “relocating shipments” from/to Vietnam to/from any places in the world.

Step 1: We receive general information (pick up address, delivery address, name of goods, gross weight of shipment, ….) and advise you needed documents.
Step 2: We survey your place, volume of goods….
Step 3: We work on the cost & send you a quotation à If the quotation is approval.
Step 4: We send the packaging materials to your place and package your shipment. Packing your cargo is one of the most essential aspects of international shipping. Packages are always suitable for SEA/AIR transport.
Step 6: Complete the export custom clearance. It takes a time to move shipment by Sea or Air, it’s depending on the routine of shipment as well.
Step 7: When the goods arrive to destination. We inform you status of shipment. TAM Logistics or our agent will clear custom.
Step 9: We keep you update the status of shipment and send you an Invoice. Payment must be made before goods releasing.
Step 10: TAM Logistics or our oversea agent will deliver the goods and unpack the boxes.
Step 11: Sign the proof of delivery

What kind of documents you need to provide for import/export custom clearance?

Letter of authority
Passport of the cargo owner
Visa
Working permit
Job Confirmation (by the company that cargo owner is working for)
Cargo declaration: the cargo owner when he/she reach to Ho Chi Minh Airport, he/she needs to fill the form and get the stamp by custom official. Without this declaration, we cannot help with import custom clearance.
